The Shopping Cart and the Paypal Payment Service used on this site are both Secure.

Refunds: The Books, CDs and Home Study Lessons purchased on this site are all covered by our unconditional 30 day money back guarantee (minus shipping and handling).

Books must be returned unused and CDs unopened to qualify for a refund. Defective CDs will be replaced free.

All In-Person Session, Phone Session and Stress Class Appointments require 24 hour notice of cancellation to qualify for a refund.

Single Email Session payments will be refunded upon cancellation. Monthly E-Session and Counseling Package refunds will be prorated to date of cancellation.
